Honest I don't think you can over co...Michelle-<br />Honest I don't think you can over cook this pork. It could be the root beer that it's cooked in, but truly it is super moist! I have also found that when you brown your meat first before you place it in the crockpot it doesn't dry out. I'm not sure why that is, but it works. My crockpot is extra hot and I think I cooked it for about 8 hours, checked it and then put it on "warm" setting until I was ready. Try it and tell me what you think!
